Job summary

Integral Senior Living in California seeks an Activities & Events Coordinator to develop and oversee resident activities and coordinate programs fostering physical, social, and emotional well-being. You will manage event logistics from planning through execution in a senior living community.

The role requires 1–3 years in assisted living memory care, strong communication, and the ability to motivate older adults, with proficient computer skills and organizational talents.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in social work, recreation, sociology, psychology or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in assisted living or long-term care with memory care patients preferred.
• Proficient verbal, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and oversight of resident activities.
• Plan, schedule and conduct programs that provide physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual opportunities for residents.
• Attend all community planned functions and help coordinate the event from beginning to end including set-up, running, and breaking down for the event.
• Assist in preparing and organizing a calendar of events.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours (evenings and every other weekend) for planned activity events.
