Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Florissant, Missouri, is seeking an RN supervisor to oversee nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. You will supervise CNAs and other staff, assign tasks, and ensure medications are administered accurately per physician orders.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and experience in geriatric care. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration with the nursing team are essential to maintain resident safety and quality

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state RN license.
• Current CPR certification required; nursing specialty certification preferred.
• Experience in geriatric/long-term care settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care provided by CNAs and other staff.
• Coordinate nursing care to ensure resident safety and timely care.
• Prepare work assignments and monitor staff performance.
• Administer and document medications per physician orders.
• Respond to resident requests and document in records.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
