Job summary

StoneBridge Marble Hill seeks an RN to lead and coordinate nursing care for residents in our skilled nursing facility. You will supervise CNAs, administer medications, and collaborate with the medical team to ensure safety and quality care.

The role requires state RN licensure, CPR certification, and strong communication abilities. Experience in long-term care and EMR usage is preferred. We offer a supportive, family-like environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a current state license to practice as an RN.
• Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired.
• Demonstrates knowledge of basic nursing practice with an interest in gerontological nursing; prefer 2 years in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care provided by CNAs and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work of nursing team members assigned.
• Reports staff shortages to nursing management and assists with performance evaluations.
• Coordinates nursing care on the unit ensuring appropriate nurse aide coverage.
• Administers and documents medications and treatments according to orders.
• Performs nursing assessments and notifies physician of changes in status.
