StoneBridge Senior Living in Missouri is seeking a registered nurse to lead nursing care on our unit. The RN provides plans, coordinates and manages nursing care for residents, under the direction of the Director of Nursing. This full-time role includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

You will supervise CNAs, administer medications, participate in care planning and ensure safety and quality of life for residents. Our team emphasizes compassionate geriatric care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Current state RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years in long-term care preferred.
• Basic computer and EMR skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret professional/regulatory documents.

Aufgaben

• Supervises nursing care provided by nursing assistants and others.
• Coordinates nursing team assignments and schedules.
• Administers medications per physician orders and maintains records.
• Performs nursing assessments and notifies physician of changes in status.
• Ensures resident safety and adherence to care plans.
• Supports adherence to facility policies and procedures.
