Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking an RN to manage and coordinate nursing care for residents in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. The RN will supervise CNAs, administer medications, and ensure adherence to physician orders and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have an active RN license, CPR certification, and experience in long-term care, with strong communication and teamwork skills to support our resident-focused care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license and CPR certification.
• Prefer 2 years’ experience in a long-term care setting.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to interpret regulations, write reports and present information.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate nursing staff under supervision of the DON.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care provided by CNAs and other staff.
• Coordinate assignment sheets and ensure resident safety.
• Prepare performance evaluations and manage staff issues.
• Schedule lunch and rest breaks according to resident needs and labor laws.
• Administer and document medications per physician orders.
• Coordinate care plans and communicate with physicians for changes in status.
• Monitor narcotics accounting and use of emergency equipment.
• Follow facility policies and procedures.
