Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living in Pennsylvania is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to promote and maintain residents’ health by collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The RN’s role focuses on compassionate, holistic care for residents and families, with support from onsite resources and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in the state they will practice.
• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• A passion for caring for seniors.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and nursing standards.
• Promote resident independence by establishing care goals and teaching residents/family members.
• Monitor resident status and changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates for routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered.
• Develop and coordinate a holistic plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document accurately in the resident's EMR and ensure timeliness.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
