Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health through collaborative care. The role focuses on physical and psychosocial support, with a strong emphasis on patient-first care.

We offer competitive wages ($42.00 - $50.00 per hour) and shift differentials, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Onsite medical centers, benefits, and 401k are part of our comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN license in the state they will practice.
• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• CPR certification required.
• Passion for caring for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintain infection prevention, administer medications, and perform treatments.
