Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to promote residents' health by collaborating with providers and the care team. The RN will support residents and families with physical and psychosocial care, aiming to place the resident first.

We offer competitive pay, shift differentials for evenings and nights, a $3,000 full-time sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and education assistance.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Graduate from an accredited RN program.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with EMR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act.
• Promote resident independence by teaching care goals and self-care skills.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to provide routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention and administer medications as ordered.
• Coordinate a holistic plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document resident care in the EMR current and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
