Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living in Glen Mills, PA is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to support residents’ health and wellbeing. The RN will collaborate with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates to deliver holistic care.

We offer a competitive wage scale, shift differentials, a $3,000 full-time sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

Must have an active RN license in the state they will practice.
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
A passion for caring for seniors.
Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.
CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards.
Promote resident independence by education on conditions, medications, and self-care.
Monitor residents and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
Support care associates in routine nursing care for assigned residents.
