Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living in Glen Mills, PA is seeking Registered Nurses to promote, restore, and maintain residents' health through collaboration with providers and the interdisciplinary team. The RN will provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and families in a welcoming community.

The position offers an increased wage scale with additional shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, and education assistance.

Formación

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Passion for caring for seniors.
• EMR experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a caregiver approach.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and nursing standards.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and educating residents/families.
• Monitor resident health to identify changes and act to ensure comfort and safety.
• Work with care associates to provide routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications.
• Develop and coordinate a holistic care plan with the team.
• Document in the EMR and ensure records are current.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
