StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking an RN to lead nursing teams in a skilled nursing setting. You will supervise CNAs and LPNs, administer medications per orders, and coordinate resident care under the Director of Nursing.

Strong communication, patience, and gerontological nursing knowledge are essential. The role emphasizes compliance with care standards and collaboration with physicians to provide compassionate, high-quality care for residents.

Formación

• Must have a current state RN license.
• CPR certification required; additional nursing specialty certification preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Basic computer skills and EMR experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing care provided by CNAs/CMTs and others.
• Follow policies and laws; ensure safety and quality of care.
• Plan, assign, and direct work of nursing team members.
• Prepare schedules and work assignments with safety and education in mind.
• Document medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinate nursing care to prevent unplanned hospital discharges.
• Maintain narcotics accounting and secure medication areas.
