StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a registered nurse (RN) to plan, coordinate, and oversee nursing care for residents in a compassionate and patient-focused environment. The RN supervises nursing staff, administers medications, and collaborates with physicians to optimize resident health and well-being.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and prefer experience in long-term care.

Qualificações

• Must hold an active RN license in the state.
• CPR certification required; additional nursing specialty cert encouraged.
• Prefer 2+ years of long-term care experience.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing care provided by CNAs and nursing staff.
• Coordinate planning and delivery of resident care and education.
• Process physician orders and ensure accurate transcription and implementation.
• Administer medications and treatments per schedules.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws and safety standards.
• Monitor resident status and communicate with physicians and family as needed.
