StoneBridge Senior Living seeks a registered nurse to plan, coordinate and supervise nursing care for residents in our skilled nursing and assisted living communities. You will support the Director of Nursing to ensure compassionate, high-quality care for the elderly while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, administering meds, coordinating care plans, and communicating with families and physicians. Leadership and gerontological nursing experience are preferred.

Formación

• Must have a current state license to practice as an RN.
• CPR certification required; gerontological nursing preferred.
• Experience in long-term care and supervising nursing staff is desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration with physicians and families.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises nursing care provided by CNAs and others under supervision.
• Plans, assigns and directs work of nursing team members.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinates care plans and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Communicates resident status changes to physicians and families.
• Monitors resident safety and staff performance; conducts evaluations.
