Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health and wellbeing. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide physical and psychosocial support, delivering high-quality care in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where practice is required.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience caring for seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice acts.
• Promote independence by teaching care goals and self-care skills to residents and families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to deliver routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications.
