Job summary

Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health by collaborating with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates.

We offer up to $49/hr plus differentials, a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM schedule (40 hours/week), and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with 3% match, and on-site wellness centers. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN experience
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitively impaired preferred
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and web applications
• EMR experience preferred
• Active RN license in the practicing state
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to place resident first
• Perform all clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions, medications, and self-care
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond to ensure comfort and safety
• Collaborate with care associates to provide routine nursing care
• Maintain infection prevention, administer medications, and perform treatments
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team
• Document care in electronic medical records
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager
