Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote health and wellbeing for residents in a team-based care setting in Bucks County, PA.

The role covers clinical duties, medication administration, and care planning. Requirements include an active RN license, at least 6 months of RN experience, CPR certification, and comfort with EMR systems. A supportive, growth-oriented work environment is offered with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Performing clinical duties in line with nursing standards of practice.
• Promoting residents' independence by teaching care goals and self-care skills.
• Monitoring resident status and acting on changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Maintaining infection prevention and administering medications per orders.
• Coordinating holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documenting care in the EMR and ensuring timely entries.
• Participating in care conferences.
• Work alongside care associates for routine nursing care.
