Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote residents’ health and wellbeing. You will collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and support families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• Experience caring for seniors or with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and web applications.
• EMR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Performing all clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice acts and standards.
• Promoting independence by teaching residents and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Monitoring resident status and responding to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborating with care associates to provide routine nursing care.
• Maintaining infection prevention, administering medications, and following orders.
• Coordinating holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documenting care activities in the EMR.
• Participating in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
