Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote residents' health and well-being. You will collaborate with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates to deliver high-quality physical and psychosocial support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web applications.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to residents per physician orders and standards of practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement holistic care plans.
• Educate residents and families about conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications as ordered.
• Document accurately and timely in the EMR.
