Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college preferred; or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Minimum five years of experience in risk management or insurance-related roles.
• Experience with incident investigations, claims management, and litigation support.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Willingness to travel to communities.

Responsibilities

• Review incident reports and coordinate investigations across communities.
• Manage claims process and assist with documentation and deadlines.
• Support litigation and discovery coordination under counsel direction.
• Analyze trends to drive preventive actions and process improvements.
• Train and guide staff on reporting and investigations.
