Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Corporate Risk Management Specialist to oversee Cogir's enterprise insurance portfolio across all communities and corporate functions. The role ensures policies are current, appropriately scoped, and aligned with the organization's risk profile, coordinating with Finance, Legal, Operations, and HR.

This in-office position requires cross-functional collaboration, strong organizational skills, and experience with multiple insurance lines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate risk management or insurance administration.
• Knowledge of liability, workers' comp, property/casualty.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple policy lines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; insurance platforms a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.
• Preferred: experience in senior living or multi-state context; ARM or related credential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized inventory of all corporate insurance policies and coverage details.
• Coordinate renewals, COIs, and policy documents with brokers and carriers.
• Serve as main contact for brokers and underwriters; prepare renewal submissions.
• Track claims, maintain logs, and share trends with leadership.
• Review contracts for insurance requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
