Senior Lifestyle Corporate Office in Chicago seeks a Manager of Risk Management & Claims to lead incident reviews, investigations, and insurance reporting across communities. You will coordinate with General Counsel, operations, clinical and HR teams to assess liability, manage records, and support timely resolution.

The role requires five+ years in risk/claims management within healthcare, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to train community teams on reporting and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent
• Minimum five years of risk and claims management experience
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Travel to communities required
• Healthcare risk/claims background preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead incident review processes and investigations, ensuring completeness and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate factual investigations with clinical and operations leaders; preserve evidence per policy.
• Manage claims workflow, submit insurance notices, and track deadlines and custodians.
• Prepare factual summaries for counsel and maintain a claims register with key dates and owners.
• Analyze incident and claims trends to identify corrective actions and policy improvements.
