Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, law, or related field required.
• Typically requires 5 years of claims, insurance, legal or risk management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Certified Professional in Health Care Risk Management or equivalent preferred; within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Manages enterprise claims and litigation program at assigned site; acts as site expert.
• Develops risk reduction and financial loss prevention strategies with leadership.
• Oversees claims handling, reserves, and communication for reinsurance programs.
• Collaborates on enterprise Risk Management Education across sites.
• Executes data entry in claims systems and leads platform improvement efforts.
