Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor in Sunnyvale to support the Resident Services Director. You will supervise staff, maintain a compliant medication system, and ensure quality and regulatory adherence across the department.

You’ll coordinate assessments, provide daily living assistance, and communicate with residents, families, and physicians to sustain high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN/LPN/LVN with active license.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Must complete all state-required trainings to maintain licensure.
• Management experience preferred; strong customer service and teamwork.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff; cover staffing when needed.
• Establish and maintain a medication system in compliance with regulations.
• Complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance to residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff; report safety or quality issues.
