HallKeen Management seeks a proactive Resident Services Coordinator to join our on-site team at a family apartment community in Clearwater, FL. The RSC collaborates with the Property Manager to administer and operate the development while addressing residents’ social service needs and opportunities.

The role emphasizes building networks with local service agencies, assisting residents in accessing resources, and supporting age-in-place initiatives.

Formación

• Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and self-sufficient.
• Candidate should have prior experience in social work or human services.
• A degree in social work or social services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome new residents and explain the resident services program and its offerings.
• Develop cooperative network with local service agencies to help residents achieve opportunities.
• Serve as liaison to community agencies, providing linkage between residents and referral staff.
• Develop a Resource Directory listing state/local service providers for residents’ needs (families, children, elderly, disabled).
• Work with property management to address evictions risks and mediate conflicts; provide referrals.
• Establish resident services program targets; track progress and report outcomes to stakeholders; analyze data for improvement.
• Help form Resident Associations to plan social events and activities, including health care and life skills topics.
• Ensure effective communication with residents (newsletter, flyers, etc.) including those with limited English proficiency.
• Complete other housing and resident-related assignments as directed by supervisor.
