Sagora Senior Living is hiring a Resident Care Coordinator to join our Santa Fe Trails Assisted Living & Memory Care community. The coordinator will supervise staffing, oversee resident care, and ensure high-quality service for seniors.

The role requires coordination with the Resident Services Director, involvement in safety, and regular interaction with residents, families, and physicians. CNA/CMA credentials preferred, strong communication and computer skills essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and associates.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.
• Prior experience with senior adults and knowledge of regulations pertaining to assisted living communities preferred.
• Licensed CNA or CMA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling.
• Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents.
• Assist in coordination of move-ins and move-outs and orientation of new residents.
• Investigate resident and associate incidents, identify safety hazards, and institute corrective actions with the Resident Services Director.
• Monitor resident service plans and direct staff to implement changes.
• Coordinate wellness activities and participate in the resident activity program.
• Work with management to market and manage the community.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in surveys.
