Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Director to lead the resident services department, coordinating staffing, care plans, and collaboration with physicians and discharge planners. You will communicate with family members while ensuring high-quality care for seniors and supporting an On Call RN team for overnight coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with RN or LVN licensure.
• 1+ year of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians and staff.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends; driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers to ensure quality services.
• Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling.
• Provide case management services to residents.
• Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents.
• Coordinate resident move-in and move-out for smooth transitions.
• Investigate incidents, identify safety hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor resident service plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in surveys.
