Job summary

Sagora Senior Living in Texas seeks an Executive Director to lead a Santa Fe Trails Assisted Living & Memory Care community. You will oversee resident care, business operations, sales, culinary, housekeeping, activities, and maintenance to ensure high-quality service and profitability.

The role requires 3+ years in senior housing management, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of management experience in senior housing (AL/MC/LTC).
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills; ability to create reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and departments within the community.
• Manage all team members, including recruiting, training, discipline, and coaching.
• Build relationships with residents and families.
• Report to the Regional Director with assigned metrics.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing to achieve occupancy goals.
• Develop budgets and ensure departments operate within parameters.
• Hold regular staff, director, resident, and family meetings.
• On-call 24 hours a day for emergencies; weekends/holidays as needed.
