Sagora Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator for our Lyndale Abilene community. The role focuses on coordinating staffing and implementing resident care under the guidance of the Resident Services Director to ensure high-quality care for seniors.

Candidates should have CNA/CMA credentials preferred, with strong communication and regulatory knowledge, and a track record in senior care.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA or CMA preferred.
• Experience with senior adults and knowledge of assisted living regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate staffing and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Plan and delegate work assignments and schedules.
• Facilitate family involvement in resident care.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and orientation.
• Investigate incidents with the Resident Services Director.
• Monitor service plans and direct staff to implement changes.
• Coordinate wellness activities and resident programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in surveys.
• Assist with marketing and community management.
