Job summary

Trillium Woods in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Residency Sales Counselor to guide the sales process from inquiry to residency, promoting the community to prospective residents and influencers.

You will meet and strive to exceed sales targets, complete training, and apply SalesFIRST standards in daily interactions; occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required. Competitive pay and monthly commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three years of sales experience, preferably in a life plan community.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills for small and large groups.

Responsibilities

• Meets and exceeds personal sales expectations and closes occupancy.
• Promotes the community to prospects and influencers and manages inquiries.
• Uses SalesForce to input data and manage leads.
• Staffs the office as needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Participates in marketing events and communicates with influencers.
• Explains Residency documents and agreements to potential residents.
