Eden Vista Rock Run and Willow Falls in Joliet, IL is seeking a Business Development Director to drive referral-based growth for its senior living communities. This field-heavy role focuses on hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, and social workers to generate move-ins and expand occupancy.

You will build and manage a high-performing referral network, conduct frequent in-person visits, present our care capabilities, and collaborate with Sales Directors to optimize conversion.

Qualifications

• Field-based role with referral partners and community networking.
• Experience with health care sales and marketing preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow a high-performing referral network with hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, senior centers, physicians, case managers and social workers.
• Re-establish inactive or underperforming referral relationships and convert them into move-in producers.
• Execute frequent in-person visits, follow-ups, and targeted sales conversations.
• Clearly articulate value propositions and care capabilities to win referrals over competitors.
• Generate qualified referrals and move-ins; track outcomes from referral to move-in.
• Partner with Sales Directors to drive urgency and maximize conversions.
• Maintain a strong referral pipeline with short lead-to-move-in timelines.
• Support community teams with events and referral-focused marketing; attend industry functions.
• Document referral sources and outcomes in CRM; report regularly to leadership.
