Job summary

Cornerstone Services seeks a Director of Business Development to generate qualified referral leads for occupancy goals across assigned Northbridge communities. You will build strong relationships with healthcare, professional, and community sources through outreach, visits, presentations, and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in community outreach, healthcare marketing, referral development, sales support, business development, or similar role
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, home health, hospice, rehabilitation, or case management referral environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with professional, healthcare and community referral sources to increase qualified referrals
• Conduct outreach activities including cold calls, in-person visits, presentations, and follow-up communications
• Coordinate events and education programs to boost occupancy and move-ins
• Maintain accurate referral source and outreach documentation in CRM
• Plan and execute community-based outreach events aligned with occupancy objectives
• Represent Cornerstone Services professionally in all interactions
• Travel frequently to assigned communities and referral sources within the territory
• Ensure referral activity goals are met as directed by leadership
