The Receptionist will answer calls, greet residents, assist in scheduling and hiring, and support the Leasing Team. High School diploma and 1–3 years of related experience required; full-time, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm, pay $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 1–3 years related experience or training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and properly transfer to the appropriate department.
• Daily resident check in.
• Answer routine telephone inquiries.
• Greet all residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Distribute applications to prospective employees.
• Assist in the hiring of new staff.
• Assist in scheduling and training employees.
• Refer residents and families to Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail, internal messages, and packages.
• Knowledge of resident apartments, in-house facilities, and local information.
