Job summary

StoryPoint in Knoxville, TN is seeking a friendly Receptionist for weekend shifts. You will greet residents and guests, answer calls, transfer to departments, and support leasing and maintenance teams.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1–3 years related experience is acceptable. Part-time schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays 8:30am–5pm with $13 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years related experience or training is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to appropriate department.
• Daily resident check-in.
• Greet residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Refer prospective residents and families to Leasing Team.
• Sort and deliver mail and packages to residents and staff.
• Collect work orders and information for Maintenance Director.
• Be aware of emergency procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain a positive attitude and support team productivity.

Education

High School diploma; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
