Job summary

Medusind Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Revenue Cycle Management to lead client relationships and optimize RCM operations for Anesthesia and Ophthalmology clients. This role emphasizes compliance, analytics, and collaboration across coding, billing, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in RCM, strong data analytics, and experience managing complex client engagements. Travel occasionally may be required as part of client support and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance or related field.
• Anesthesia/Ophthalmology RCM experience required.
• Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related healthcare finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
• Oversee the entire revenue cycle process: charge capture, coding, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, AR follow-up.
• Develop and deliver client-specific reports with insights on revenue trends and operational performance.
• Investigate and resolve escalated billing or collection issues with cross-functional teams.
• Stay current with industry regulations and implement best practices to optimize RCM workflows.
