Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, Virginia is seeking a resident-centered Physical Therapist to join our on-site team. You will implement residents’ personal care plans and support their physical, emotional, and clinical needs within our continuing care campus.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team and onsite physicians to address the needs of residents throughout their continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered physical therapy per personal care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team and onsite physicians.
• Document care and ensure regulatory compliance within the campus setting.
