The role requires familiarity with LIHTC programs, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple tasks, including evening/weekend work as needed. The company emphasizes quality, community, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and staff management skills.
• Experience with LIHTC programs and compliance is required or recommended.
• Strong accounting and budgeting abilities within a property/asset management context.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate property staff to achieve occupancy and financial targets.
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, and lease administration for the property.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, fair housing, ADA, and all applicable laws; coordinate with corporate offices.
