Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a experienced Community Manager for HomeTowne at Missouri City, a senior living community. You will lead staff, manage operations, ensure compliance, and maximize net cash flow while supporting resident satisfaction.

The role requires LIHTC experience, strong leadership and accounting skills, with occasional evening/weekend work. Competitive benefits and a path to growth are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year Tax Credit Experience required.
• High school graduate with an aptitude for leadership, management, office administration and mathematics.
• Previous management and real estate accounting experience necessary.
• Must have at least one-year proven track record of measurable peak property performance in similar position.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Low Income Housing and Tax Credits (LIHTC) Program is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage, lead and motivate staff.
• Oversee property accounting system (OneSite) and budget.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance and federal/state regulations.
• Monitor move-ins/move-outs and file approvals.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
