Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Community Manager for HomeTowne Missouri City, a senior-focused community. You will lead staff, oversee operations, and manage accounting systems while ensuring compliance and resident satisfaction.

The role includes budgeting, reporting, and coordinating with corporate on LIHTC requirements. Some evenings and weekends may be required in a fast-paced, family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with an aptitude for leadership, management, office administration and mathematics.
• Previous management and real estate accounting experience necessary.
• Must have at least one-year proven track record of measurable peak property performance in similar position.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the LIHTC Program is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, manage, lead and motivate staff and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Direct staff activities to ensure job satisfaction and productivity and prepare for career progression.
• Own the property’s accounting system (OneSite) and budget; coordinate compliance efforts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, fair housing, safety, and applicable laws; prepare and submit files for corporate approval.
• Maintain accurate property records and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
