Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Prep Cook to support our culinary team in a restaurant-style dining service called the Bread Basket. The role involves preparing meals, serving residents, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards in a busy senior living kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals following Bickford's menus, processes, and expectations.
• Serve food timely, at the correct temperatures, and appropriately plated.
• Ensure Kitchen Daily Task Guide is followed.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans following Bickford's dishwashing procedure.
• Maintain food service records per regulatory requirements and policies.
• Store food according to regulatory requirements and policies.
• Complete tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain kitchen and dining room to meet cleanliness standards.
• Stock Bistro/Beverage Bar with refreshments.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Manager to support tours and events.
