Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience caring for older adults.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Active state license to practice physical therapy where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day physical therapy treatments across all care settings.
• Support residents with holistic care addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Follow Medicare/state regulations, APTA guidelines, and company policies.
• Implement personal care plans focused on residents’ preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address resident needs.

Kenntnisse
