Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents across daily living activities with a person-centered approach. You will deliver day-to-day physical therapy treatments within our continuum of care on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current state PTA license in the state where the community provides service.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day physical therapy treatments across all care settings.
• Deliver holistic, resident-centered care addressing physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state and federal regulations, APTA, and company policies.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address residents' needs throughout care.
