Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with compensation between $35 and $39 per hour based on experience.

You will provide day-to-day physical therapy services to residents across the Erickson Senior Living continuum of care, following regulations and the residents’ care plans. This role includes documentation and collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current state license (for the state in which the community provides service) in physical therapy, where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic PT services to residents across care settings.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, state and federal regulations and company policies.
