Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, New Jersey is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents across daily living needs with person-centered care. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with compensation ranging from $35 to $39 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with older adults in therapies preferred.
• Current CPR Certification is required.
• Current state license in physical therapy where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic care addressing residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Deliver day-to-day physical therapy treatments across the community continuum of care.
• Follow Medicare, state and federal regulations, APTA guidelines, and company policies.
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on strengths and preferences.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs.
