Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, NJ is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time, M-F schedule from 8am to 4:30pm. Compensation ranges from $35 to $39 per hour depending on experience.

Competenze

• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Current state physical therapy license for the applicable state.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day physical therapy treatments across the Erickson Senior Living continuum.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs with a holistic approach.
• Adhere to Medicare, state and federal regulations, APTA guidelines and company policies.
• Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address resident needs.
