Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents with person-centered care. You will provide daily PT treatments and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ physical and clinical needs.

This full-time role (Mon-Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm) offers $35–$39 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health coverage, PTO, 401(k) with match, onsite wellness centers, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Current state PTA license in the service state.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day physical therapy treatments across settings.
• Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Follow regulations, policies, and documentation requirements.
• Implement personal care plans focusing on resident preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address resident needs.
