Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents across our continuing care community in Pompton Plains, NJ. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.

to 4:30 p.m., with a pay range of $35 to $39 per hour based on experience. Embrace a campus-based setting with on-site wellness resources and ongoing educational opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• Current state license in physical therapy in the state where the community provides service.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day physical therapy treatments across the Erickson Senior Living continuum of care.
• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs with a holistic approach.
• Follow Medicare, state and federal regulations, and company policies and procedures; ensure compliance and proper documentation.
