Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Pompton Plains, NJ, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to support residents with comprehensive daily living needs. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with compensation ranging from $35 to $39 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with older adults preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Current state license in physical therapy for the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, resident-centered care across physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical domains.
• Deliver day-to-day physical therapy treatments across the Erickson Senior Living continuum of care.
• Follow Medicare, state and federal regulations, and company policies ensuring compliance and documentation integrity.
