Savant Senior Living in Culver City, CA is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive community move-ins and grow our caregiver and resident network.

This field-based role involves door-to-door outreach, building relationships with social workers and administrators, sourcing leads, and meeting sales targets with uncapped commissions. The company offers a strong base pay plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be an enthusiastic people person.
• Self-starter and able to drive sales growth.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.

Responsabilités

• You will work individually supervised by highly driven outgoing team members.
• Door to door will consist of traveling alone or with a team member to designated communities, nursing homes, skilled nursing and senior homes.
• You will generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets.
• You will visit 6-10 skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, etc a day.
• You will source and be responsible for resident move ins into our senior communities minimum of 8 a month, no cap and earn commissions per move in.
• You will network with social workers, administrators and build relationships in your territory.
• You will spend 90% of your time on the field marketing, coordinating move ins and building a network of relationships in your assigned territory.
• Building and maintain company CRM database.
• Administer day to day operations of the sales room at the community.
• Amazing base pay plus commissions, uncapped commissions, what you put in is what you get out.
