Savant Senior Living is seeking a recent graduate to join our sales team in California. The role focuses on field marketing, door-to-door outreach, and building relationships with social workers and administrators in senior living communities.

Expect 90% of time spent in the field, generating leads, and driving move-ins with uncapped commissions. A strong base pay plus commissions is offered, along with benefits including health insurance and other perks.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets.
• Door-to-door outreach to designated communities, nursing homes, and senior living facilities.
• Visit 6–10 skilled nursing facilities or rehab centers daily.
• Source residents and drive move-ins, with commissions per move-in.
