Job summary

Cornerstone Management Services seeks a visionary VP of Senior Living Operations to lead its multi-state portfolio of Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, and specialized housing. This role partners with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, improve resident care, and deliver scalable operating models across communities.

The incumbent will stabilize underperforming assets, optimize labor, oversee budgeting and vendor partnerships, and build high-performance leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Hospitality, or related field is required.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive senior living leadership overseeing multi-site operations.
• Proven success managing Assisted Living, Memory Care, and/or Independent Living portfolios.
• Extensive travel across multiple states is required.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and executive-level strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for senior living operations across regions.
• Drive occupancy, NOI growth, labor efficiency, and resident satisfaction portfolio-wide.
• Lead operational turnarounds and vendor optimization and negotiations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness across communities.
• Develop KPI dashboards and leadership development programs.
